1. Special walking



Actually, it's not exactly special. It's just something different from what most people do in regards to using walking for weight loss. The secret is to walk on some sort of incline. Of course, this could be a hill, but a treadmill works great for this as well. Just set it up to incline a bit. I prefer a 15-20 degree incline. After that, get walking for 20-30 minutes. Done 4-5 days, you pretty much can't help but to melt pounds away.



2. Special squats



Most people do squats with weight at the gym. That's unnecessary if you're goal is to lose weight and thin your thighs. Instead, do squats with just your bodyweight. Most people get these wrong however. The thing with these is that you have to crank them out really fast for the weight loss effect to kick in.



Here's what I recommend that you do and use as a goal to start with. Go for 4 sets of 25 bodyweight squats and rest somewhere around 45 seconds between sets. Do these squats FAST. This will take you only 5 minutes or so. For best results do these daily.
